The Opportunity Project (TOP) is an initiative of the Census Open Innovation Labs at the U.S. Census Bureau that brings together technologists, government, and communities to co-create digital products that serve individuals and communities nationwide. To date, 175+ data-driven digital products have been created, addressing challenges including ocean plastic pollution, economic mobility, youth homelessness, entrepreneurship, and more.
